Adding a data list

In the report, it is also possible to add a data list. A data List is a list with the outcome of an indicator. This can be useful when you are looking for a specific number, such as a percentage, and do not need a table or chart for it. It also comes in handy when you wish to gather the results of certain indicators in a single, summarized list.

To add a data list:

  1. Click the plus icon to insert a new element.
  2. Add the "Data list" element.
  3. Choose an indicator from which you want to create a data point, for example, gender pay gap.
  4. You may assign a custom name to this data point or leave it blank to use the indicator's name.
  5. Click on "Add data point"
  6. Configure the data point as you would for a chart, as explained in this article.
  7. Click on "Update data point" and optionally add more data points.
