Our chatbot helps you quickly find answers to questions about SmartTrackers.
How to open the chatbot?
Option 1: Via the speech bubble icon
Click the speech bubble icon in the bottom-right corner. If it is not visable, refresh your page
The speach bubble will open immediately, and you can start typing right away.
Option 2: Via the help menu
Open the help menu by clicking the question mark icon in the corner.
Select “Chat with Spock.”
The chatbot will appear on your screen.
How the chatbot works?
The chatbot uses all available help articles to assist you as accurately as possible.
You can ask questions about features, settings, reports, user permissions, and more.
Where relevant, the chatbot will link to helpful articles or provide brief explanations directly in the chat.
As more help articles are added or updated, the chatbot automatically becomes smarter.
When to use the chatbot?
The chatbot is ideal when you:
have a quick, simple question
are unsure where to find a specific feature
need step-by-step instructions
are looking for an article but don’t know its exact title

For questions that are too specific or complex, or if you get stuck, you can always contact our support team at support@smarttrackers.nl or via the question mark icon in the application.
