Process of approving measures

After you have entered a measure and recorded the expected effects, it can be submitted for review. A reviewer can then either approve or reject the measure. It is recommended to assign this role to someone who also has the authority to make budgetary decisions.

In addition to the review status (In preparation, Under review, Approved, or Rejected), the measure also receives a progress label. Once the specified start date has been reached, the label changes from Will start on to Started on. This label is independent of the review status. Once it has been approved, the effects can be shown in the graphs of measures, and in the prediction line.

The effects of a measure can still be modified even after the measure has been approved.
