SmartTrackers users can choose to turn reminders on or off in the users' profile settings
When these reminders are enabled for the account, users who need to fill in gauges or validate submitted values will receive an email 2 weeks, 7 weeks, and 3 months after a registration period* has ended. Emails are only sent concerning the meters that have not yet been filled in. If all meters are already completed, the user will no longer receive reminder emails.
*registration period: the gauge is configured to a specific interval (months, quarters, semesters or years); the end is the last day of that interval. So Juni 30. for the month of June, or the second quarter, or the first semester, and December 31. for December, or the fourth quarter, or the second semester, or the year.
