What is the design or measurement strategy of SmartTrackers?

SmartTrackers' design philosophy is to ask entities only what is necessary. Often, requesting information in software systems is based on the "old-fashioned" form-based approach. However, SmartTrackers allows for the ability to request only what is relevant for each organizational unit. This provides a clearer overview and keeps the system user-friendly.

Meters can be easily started and stopped over time. This allows you to start with a more general measurement, for example, and then refine it later by breaking it down further. Correct labeling ensures that the results remain easily comparable. The frequency of data collection can be adjusted for each measurement year.

The underlying structure ensures that reporting can always be done at a consolidated level.

We use a similar approach for our assessment environment. Assessment questions can be linked specifically to an individual. This way, someone is never asked more questions than they need to answer.

If your organization has established specific ESG policies, you naturally want to be able to review them internally and externally. To this end, it's now easy to create your own questionnaires and send them to those who can provide the relevant information. This allows you to easily test whether policy is not just written down but also implemented in practice.
