However, SmartTrackers allows for the ability to request only what is relevant for each organizational unit. This provides a clearer overview and keeps the system user-friendly.
Meters can be easily started and stopped over time. This allows you to start with a more general measurement, for example, and then refine it later by breaking it down further. Correct labeling ensures that the results remain easily comparable. The frequency of data collection can be adjusted for each measurement year.
The underlying structure ensures that reporting can always be done at a consolidated level.
We use a similar approach for our assessment environment. Assessment questions can be linked specifically to an individual. This way, someone is never asked more questions than they need to answer.
