2. View:
Can view account settings.
This role is very limited; the account viewer can only see Settings.
We advise to not use this role. If you want someone to be able to see the accounting data, give this person viewing rights to the highest organizational unit.

Organization/entity
Register*
Can enter and release measurement values of the entity (and subentities). Cannot reject values once released.
View
can view everything within the designated entities (and possibly underlying ones), and
running exports. Can't edit anything. This is the access mode most suited for for auditors and/or certifiers.
Manage
Can view everything (of the organizational unit and any subordinates) and manage (create and edit) everything except organizational units, meters and measured values.

Can approve or reject released data (revert to concept).
Cannot reject data once approved.
Make final*
Can finalize or reject approved data (revert to concept).
Can still reject finalized data (revert to concept). This can only be done by clicking on the Final label under the relevant measurement value and clicking on the cross in front of the sentence:

*No access to other things, only comments (view and create); Can see all other measured values. These roles only exist when the Validation module is enabled.
