On the Gauges page (reachable by clicking Gauges in the left sidebar) all gauges are displayed by default; the maximum number of gauges that can be displayed is limited to 150 though. The system will notify you if that number is exceeded.
By checking the filters (directly to the right of the sidebar, see picture below), you can limit the number of gauges shown (to either get a better overview, or to get below 150)
Filters work as follows: if you do not check anything under a subheading (such as Entities or Function), everything is included.
If you check one organizational unit and one function, you will see all gauges of that one organizational unit that fall under that one function category.
Once the boxes have been selected, click the Filter button at the bottom.
To turn off all filters at once, you can click on Reset filters.
The basic principle of filtering is that only the gauges that meet all the conditions are shown.
You can also save the filter settings you have made. Then click on the green Create quick filter button. Then this popup appears:
Behind the created quick filter are three symbols: the edit pencil to adjust the quick filter, an asterisk with which you make the filter a favorite and the page will always be opened with that specific filter setting, and the closing X with which you can delete the quick filter.
In this way, a list of personal filters can be quickly built up. These cannot be used by other users.
Tip: to quickly search for empty measuring fields, you can filter on empty gauges (at the very bottom).
