Filter on "No scopes"

To be able to easily determine whether certain gauges have rightly or wrongly not been assigned to a scope as a category, it is possible to filter with the option no scopes. At that moment, all guages are shown that do not convert to CO2 if a certain scope is chosen for a chart selection. This also applies to the situation where scopes are used to make a calculation from the energy consumption to scopes.
