Navigate through the organizational structure
Clicking on the Entities menu opens the organizational tree. Clicking a > symbol discloses the underlying elements. Clicking an v (=opened >) symbol will hide the underlying elements again.
Clicking on the name of any of the entities will open a settings window for that entity.
Clicking on the blue items will do what they say.
Show closed entities will also reveal any entities that have a closing date that's in the past.
